Winnie Ng
Managing Director
Winnie is a co-founding partner of our firm. She is a practicing certified accountant and has over 16 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and taxation in both Hong Kong and Sydney. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), Chartered Institute of Taxation Advisors, Certified Tax Advisors (CTA HK) and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ).
Winnie has considerable experience in handling accounting and auditing engagements of small to medium-sized entities to multinational corporations in different industries, including manufacturing and trading companies, property management and securities as well as charitable and non-profit organisations.
Cecilia Ng
Director
Cecilia is a partner of our firm. She is a practicing certified accountant and has over 18 years of professional experience in professional services industry, including top tier international firm. She is experienced in accounting, auditing, taxation and corporate service work in Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
She served clients in numerous auditing and advisory projects from small to medium-sized entities and multinational corporations to listed companies in Hong Kong and United States, with industry knowledge spanning from commercial businesses such as trading and retailing, property investment, transportation and logistics, life sciences and healthcare, financial services to charitable and non-profit organisations.
Yuki Lam
Senior Manager
Yuki is a senior manager of our firm. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK) with more than 10 years of professional experience in auditing, accounting and taxation.
She has extensive experience with clients from various industries including trading, manufacturing, engineering, financial advisory, medical service, investment companies, as well as charitable and non-profit organisations.
Stephen Lai
Manager
Stephen is a manager of our firm. He has over 20 years of solid experience in auditing, accounting and taxation.
He has served a wide range of clients across various industry sectors including manufacturing, trading, property investment, regulated financial service providers as well as and charitable and non-profit organisations.
Michael Tsang
Consultant
Michael is a practicing certified accountant with over 15 years of experience in professional services industry, including top tier international firm, and across the fields of accounting, auditing and taxation. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and CPA Australia (CPA Aust).
He served clients in numerous auditing and advisory projects from small to medium-sized entities to multinational corporations, with industry knowledge spanning from commercial businesses such as manufacturing, trading, property management, construction, engineering, insurance and securities to charitable and non-profit organisations.
